Atrocious Customer Service

I have been waiting for updates on my return for 9 days now, and counting! The last response I received was 7 days ago advising me they were 'looking into it' and I have not heard anything since despite several emails from me chasing up. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.


It seems the Furniture Home team are not concerned with returns, nor do they take their customers seriously unless they are making a purchase.
